Booked a room with perfect views of the ocean. Comfy bed and pillows, there were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe available. Location: the hotel was really close to the shopping area and all shops.

Wonderful and clean hotel with magnificent view on sea view. Well-equipped and neat room with a comfortable bed.

Here's the real story

The location is ideal for exploring, just a block from the taxi station to the cruise terminal. The beach setting is fine, with an infinity pool and accommodating beach bar. The staff is helpful, especially when my plans changed on short notice. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included.

The knowledgeable managers at the hotel helped me book tours with the best agents on the island.

Some areas of the hotel are in need of remodeling, which can detract from the overall aesthetic.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Queen Room while exploring the nearby attractions, including the beautiful boardwalk and shops right around the corner. The beach access was super convenient, and I was impressed with the pool area, which was a nice spot to relax. While the room itself was decent and spacious, a few updates would improve the overall experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the stunning sea views from almost anywhere on the hotel, especially from the pool area.

The beachfront view from my room was fine. The slow front desk service made check-in frustrating.

I was disappointed with the service . I arrived to find the front desk staff unhelpful and indifferent when I had issues with my room not being as booked. The room itself was outdated, and I had trouble with too much noise from adjoining rooms, leaving me exhausted throughout my trip.

Good atmosphere, ideal if you appreciate beachfront dining and vibrant entertainment options throughout the day.

Staying here was a delight! The Queen Room with Ocean View provided fine views and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was excellent, with clean surroundings and comfortable loungers. Plus, the beach access was super convenient.

Spacious room, beautiful beach, with helpful staff who made my stay more enjoyable by providing quick Wi-Fi access for planning my activities and offering convenient beach access with comfortable loungers.

I stayed in a Queen Room for 14 nights, and it was pretty spacious and cozy. The bathroom was decent too, no complaints there. The view was nice, and the beach access made it all the better. Staff was super accommodating, helping us rearrange some plans. Just a heads up, the room could use a few updates here and there, but overall, it was a comfy stay.

The staff here are friendly and always willing to assist, and the location is fantastic, just a short distance from the beach and shopping areas.

Well-maintained and wonderful hotel close to Bobby's Bay, restaurants, and shops. Exceptionally nice excellent location at the center of town. - Nearby Dirty Sanchez Crew Bar is a great place to chill out.
